This is something I came across that I wanted to share with you.

It's such a cool and very well explained graphic that explains what happens to our body during 8 hours of sleep.

Most people need 7-9 hours, but this is based off of 8 hours of sleep.

And if you're not getting enough sleep right now, I'm sure you'll want to by the end of the graphic!
