Stop Making Your Sales Page About You!

First of all, I want to point out that your story IS important and you should be sharing it BUT there’s a right way and here’s how.

Instead of dragging out your story focus on the KEY points that need to come across👇🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

💥Where I was

💥What changed/what made me change

💥What did I do to take action

💥Where I am now

Here's a sample:

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I was lost, confused and broke.
I was sick and tired of living paycheck to paycheck and then the worst moment happened. I couldn’t pay my rent and was told I’d be evicted. I knew something had to change if I didn’t want to live like this anymore. I was desperate so I hired a coach using a credit card with money I didn’t have. I had nothing to lose.
In the first 30 days I made _________ and was able to pay my rent on time! I was shocked and wanted more! Fast forward 5 years and not only am I able to pay rent on time I’m able to save over ______ per month! Now I help others do the same.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

No... that didn’t happen but it sure sounds real 😂

👉🏼 You want to show your potential clients what’s possible for them and how what you went through has positioned you to be able to help them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A good length for sales pages is 1-2 paragraphs, that’s it! Tell them who you are and share your story. Save your longer story for your about page. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The rest of the sales page should focus on the TRANSFORMATION they can get from purchasing your offer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
