This is meant for you to be able to do it ANYWHERE with little to no equipment! (At home, traveling, outside, to the gym, etc.)
This program is split into 3 different phases, for the average beginner to intermediate. It's meant to focus on building muscle, amping up the cardiovascular system and burning fat in a short amount of time (6 weeks).
Each phase will be 2 weeks, working out 4 days/week, increasing weight each week.
