FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We'll start by having you fill out the questionnaire HERE. From there we'll schedule a call together to go over all the details and make sure we're a good fit to work together. Depending on which package you choose we will be working together on a month to month basis. Hours must be used within the same month unless you buy the 20 hour package will has to be used within two months.
You will have access to a shared google doc where I keep track of my hours and the projects I'm working on.
This can depend on a few different things which we can discuss together.
The more you have prepared and organized on your end the less hours you'll need.
Most of my clients start with the 20 hour package and buy more as needed, especially if it's a full re-brand or full site design set up.
We will discuss this in our call together but if you find that you need more hours as we go, then we will address this as it comes up and make adjustments if need be.
