How many workouts are there per week?

There's 4 workouts per week. For best results, plan to workout 4 days/week.

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is 30-40 minutes depending on the person.

Does this program include a specific nutrition plan?

This program does not include a nutrition plan however it does include my top 7 all time favorite 30 minute recipes and a nutrition guide to teach you what to eat for best results.

Does this program require me to purchase any other additional supplements?

No they are not required, however, I always recommend a source of protein powder to add in extra protein to your nutrition. My top 3 recommendations: IdealLean, Organifi and OWYN.
