I truly believe everything happens for a reason and we were meant to cross each other's paths.
My story in a nutshell:
I went from - fad dieting, binge eating, severe digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, feeling overly self-conscious and unhappy
To - balanced eating (NO DIETING), healthy relationship with food, more energy and focus, feeling more confident, unstoppable and fulfilled!
JUST KIDDING! But seriously, I'm a very short and to the point kind of person. So that's the SHORT VERSION of my story.
I'm here to help teach, inspire, encourage and empower you to make a change to become to BEST version of YOU and that starts with your health! Why? Because it's the #1 thing you CAN control.

Growing up, I really struggled with my weight and body image from middle school all the way to college. I grew up on the typical Midwest diet of meat and potatoes, which we thought was healthy at the time. Tuna Helper was my favorite and who remembers chicken patties?! Not so healthy, huh? You don't know what you don't know. Nutrition was a foreign language to me.
I went from being overweight in middle school to “skinny fat” through high school and part of college.
Behind all of that, I really struggled with binge eating and major digestive issues that caused bloating, fatigue, moodiness, headaches, chronic constipation and brain fog, which I thought was normal at the time.
It wasn’t until college that I started looking into diets.
When spring break or summer came around, I would do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred to get bikini ready only to gain the weight right back after.
I tried researching other ways to lose weight like healthy eating and workouts but with so many different opinions online, I got so overwhelmed and frustrated with where to start or what to do.
2014 is where it all kind of shifted for me. I got so sick and tired of being sick and tired that I wanted to try anything that would help! Someone introduced me to AdvoCare and that’s where my health and fitness journey really began.
I’d love to say I lost 30lbs. in the 24 day challenge but that wasn’t the case. For me, it was more of how I felt physically and the motivation it gave me to keep going.
I started helping other people lose weight and fell in love with helping them with their health. That’s when I started to find my passion for health and fitness and my purpose for helping other people reach their full potential through health and fitness.
After a while, deep down I knew there had to be another way to help people than just through supplements.
So, I started researching more, took a few classes on fitness and nutrition, hired a personal trainer and worked at a gym to learn more about how I could make this a career doing what I love.
After college, I decided to take a leap of faith and move to California to pursue my passion for health and fitness as a career.
Got my first job as a Personal Trainer and loved every minute of it! From there I transitioned into a Health and Fitness Coach. Fell in love with seeing my clients get results and learning all things exercise and nutrition.
I realized that I wanted to have a bigger impact after attending Chalene Johnson’s MIA event, which led me to online coaching. I kept hearing about it, reading about it and knew it was out there I just didn’t know how to get started until her event. It opened doors to many different opportunities.
Ever since high school, I always had the desire to work for myself or do my own thing. I hated school, wasn’t the best at it and didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life at the time. School is meant to breed employees, not entrepreneurs. I’ve learned more from online courses, books, certifications, people and life experiences than I ever did in school.
Eventually, I took the risk and tried doing this online thing. Sold my first coaching package which was the traditional workout program and meal plan.
I now teach women how to get SUSTAINABLE results so they can LOSE INCHES + DITCH DIETS for good through my FIT180 coaching program.
I teach them how to FIT health and fitness into their BUSY lifestyle so they can have more energy and feel more confident in their skin!
Your personal growth doesn't have a destination. You'll always be growing and changing, that's the beauty of it! You don't have to be the same person, look the same way or feel the same way! You have the power to change all of that. It's a life-long journey that you should be proud of.
