FAQ

How long is the program?

FIT180 is split into 2 phases, with each phase lasting 90 days.

We'll start you in Phase I and re-assess at the end to see if Phase II is necessary.

From my experience in coaching others, I truly believe it takes at least 6 months to really make a lifestyle change. However, everyone is different and that's why we always re-assess.

Does this program include a specific nutrition plan?

You will be given over 150+ recipes with filled out grocery lists as well as a nutrition guide to help you know what to eat and how much. You'll also receive trainings on how to craft your own meals. Nutrition coaching and guidance is customized to each individual's goals and needs.

Does this program require me to purchase any other additional supplements?

I do teach you which supplements are best for optimal results as well as give you a list of my recommendations, however, they're not required.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes of course! We can definitely work together to create a payment plan for you.
