How long are the video trainings?

Each video is 15-20 minutes long.

I need accountability! Can you help me with that?

Yes! That's what I'm here for! Between group coaching calls and my private FB group, you'll have the support and accountability from other members and myself.

What is the style of the coaching calls?

The calls are very intimate and are designed to provide you with accountability, motivation and answers to your questions. During each call I will cover a topic of choice and answer any questions from the group.

When are the live coaching calls? How do I access them?

We will find a time that works for the majority of the group every other week and I will send you an email a few days before the call. The day of the call, you will get an email with a Zoom room # to join by video and/or audio.
