It can be attainable AND maintainable!
Your two week meal plan includes 25 recipes: 5 breakfast options, 15 lunch and dinner options, and 5 snack options. All you have to do is pick one recipe for each meal of the day.
I've done the strict dieting. I've done the yo-yo dieting. It is not maintainable. Who wants to eat chicken, rice and veggies for the rest of your life? Not I!
